How can I place my order on the website for an item?
Only limited food items are delivered due to the nature of the edibles. Biscuits, puffs, dry fruits, packaged products, etc. are deliverable. Please visit the “Deliverable Items” tab on our website to know more about the items we deliver.
To place an order, add all the items that you wish to purchase to the cart by following these steps:
- Click “Checkout”.
- Register your contact information or “Log In”.
- Click “Continue to shipping method”.
- Advance payment would be automatically selected.
- Make your payment via PayFast or Direct Bank Transfer. If you’ve chosen the latter, then send a payment screenshot on WhatsApp at 0308 0900083.
- Your order will be confirmed once we’ve received your payment.
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to confirm your order. You will be provided with an order number that would be also sent to your email address.
- You will receive your order within 3 to 4 working days.
Why am I not able to place an order for cakes on website?
For placing an order for cakes, kindly visit our branch. We do not deliver cakes because there is a risk of them getting spoiled during the delivery process.
Is there an option for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Unfortunately, we do not provide the option of COD for the time being.

Standard shipping charges are 280 per kg of the product.
